Hisham Muhammad	93f091c47e	BUGFIX: Fix display of CPU count for threaded processes. ... When user threads are hidden, process now shows the sum of processor usage for all processors. When user threads are displayed, each thread shows its own processor usage, including the root thread. Hisham Muhammad	5d48ab8c28	Performance improvement hackathon: improve process comparison routines, ... disable useless code in release builds such as runtime type-checking on dynamic data structures and process fields that are not being computed, faster(?) method for verifying the process owner (still need to ensure correctness), don't destroy and create process objects for hidden kernel threads over and over.
